Option #1: Classic Eviction Assistant

Our "Classic" interface was updated in 2019 to remove the requirement of the Microsoft Silverlight platform because browsers have stopped supporting Silverlight due to its security issues. This interface is used by property managers and allows them to submit suit lists, dismissals and writ requests to their law firm or agent, view reports, and view and/or upload attachments. "Classic" will run on any Internet browser and is the only option for running on the Mac OS. We recommend the "Dashboard" version for Windows users due to its more robust Windows interface but "Classic" can also be run on MS Windows platforms.

Option #2: New Eviction Assistant Dashboard (MS Windows required)

Our new Eviction Assistant Dashboard software is a MS Windows based program that will only run on MS-Windows based PCs. This interface is used by property managers and allows them to submit suit lists, dismissals and writ requests to their law firm or agent, view reports, and view and/or upload attachments. The advantages are that it’s really fast, it has a very intuitive interface, it can be downloaded and run “on the fly” without having to run any installation program and it allows us to publish updates more quickly, including fixing any issues that may arise. Any new features to our program will be added to this new Dashboard version; we recommend that you switch to it as soon as possible. The disadvantage of the Dashboard is that it will not run on the Apple Mac OS. Currently, our “Classic” option will be the only option for Apple users until we are able to replace it with either a new version of our software or an Apple OS version of our software.

Option #3: Eviction Assistant Home Office System (HOS) (MS Windows required)

The Eviction Assistant HOS is a MS Windows based program that will only run on MS-Windows based PCs. It is used internally by Law Firms or Agents to process suit lists, generate filings, produce reports and manage every other aspect of the eviction process.
